Welcome to Aviation Simulation Group! 
 
Who We Are:
 
We represent a consortium of engineers and manufacturers who have come together to serve your needs for aviation simulation products; Primarily for the F-16 at this time.
 
The products that we provide serve to cause your simulator to give you the ultimate amount of realism and maximum suspension of disbelief possible at an affordable price point, both to commercial entities who provide high fidelity simulators to thier customers, and to the hobbiest who is just as intent and devoted to have the most realistic pit possible.
 
All of us are military aviation enthusiasts.
Many of us have already built or are in the process of building our own military aircraft simulators.
The majority of the staff are United States military veterans.

In 2010 we hope to have a fully operational F-16C Block 50/52 cockpit simulator at the show; The RibbStick will be implemented in that pit for demonstration.

F-16 Vipers!

 Everybody loves the Viper!  For that reason, it is perhaps the most simulated military aircraft. 
 There are some real parts to be had.  However, sometimes they don't work, or are outrageously expensive. 
 
Then there are some parts that no one can get!
 
This is where we come in. 
We are in the business of molding parts. 
We have experience with molding urethane resin pieces. 
We also do aluminum machining and work with a foundry for metal casting.
 
We also Thermal Form or Vaccu Form plastic.
 
 

Custom orders are welcome.
 
If you have something that needs to get molded or replicated, we are willing to try.
